Minimum 3 night rental for holidays. Rental confirmation requires a 50% deposit with full payment 30 days prior to date of stay plus a $150 damage deposit. Notification must be made at least 14 days prior to stay for a full refund and 7 days in advance of stay for a 50% refund. Damage deposit will be returned after day of departure if no damages to building, furniture, fixtures from your actions. No partying, no pets, no smoking of any kind in building.
