Our call centre monitors all emails through the website and will address your concern, questions within 48-72 hours. Please expect delays at peak business times and call 1-250-338-1386 if your needs require urgent attention. Lost and Found inquires can be made here, Lost and Found.

If you're booking a lesson
1: Please have the following information available: birth date, accurate height, weight and shoe size of each person taking a lesson.
2: To ensure the preferred date and times of lessons or programs, pre-booking must be made 48 hours in advance to reserve.
3: Pre-booking lessons through Mount Washington call centre must be made 24 hours in advance, cut off is noon the day prior to the lesson.

Snowshoeing at Mt. Washington will transport you to a magical wonderland featuring 22km of meandering trails with stunning views. We also offer Fat Biking on specific snowshoe and cross-country ski trails (weather permitting), in addition to our new Fat Bike-specific trail "Marmot's Mess". All trail passes, rentals and maps are available at the Raven Lodge.

Winter Adventures

Winter fat bikes are the newest way to explore Mount Washington in the winter!  A "fat bike" is a version of a mountain bike, with wide tires which provide extra traction and stability in the snow.  Mount Washington Alpine Resort now offers groomed trails, rental bikes, and programs for winter fat biking.

Thanks for a great summer of biking, hiking and ziplining together! Mount Washington Alpine Resort is now closed for the season.
