The Mount Washington Alpine Lodge is our community hub for all the action. Find public facilities, outdoor BBQ, food and beverage locations, retail stores, guest service locations and our team office all housed under this one roof.
From the main lobby to the Marmots Floor, to the outdoor patio and beyond, navigate your way around the building utilizing signage and a keen sense of adventure; with the Alpine Lodge you'll find something around every corner. Expect lots of stairs throughout the Lodge, with some accessibility improvements coming soon in the future.

Saturday Afternoon Concert Series
Music in the Mountains is back! This summer, we're amplifying our concert series with an exciting new stage set against our stunning mountain backdrop. Every Saturday afternoon from 3 to 5 pm during July and August, experience electrifying live performances by high-energy musical acts from across the island. Get stoked for the sounds and soak it all in under the sun on the Eagle View Patio. Summer activities at Mount Washington Alpine Resort are open each Saturday from 10 am - 7:30 pm including The Bike Park, ZipTour, hiking, sightseeing, dining on the patio, Daycare, and more experiences for your whole family. Come for the action, stay for the apres! Music in the Mountains is presented by Vancouver Island Brewing

XC Riding at Mt Washington
If you're not afraid to pedal, we have a small network of enduro and XC riding available at Mt Washington. Enjoy our alpine to rainforest, loamy turns, rock rolls, waterfalls, and epic views of the Strathcona Park and mountain range. Alternatively, take some lessons at our Bike School and learn to ride park.

From the top of Eagle Chair, purchase Scenic Chairlift Access or ride free as a Mountain Pass Holder. 11 Hole Black Diamond course for advanced players leads you down to the Whiskey Jack Chair & 7 Hole Blue course for novice players stays higher up the mountain for an easier hike. Steep rocky gradients on ski runs, spotter recommended on downhill holes. Summer offers an enjoyable lineup of outdoor events here in the mountains to enjoy with your family and friends. The calendar is full of downhill and enduro bike races, community meet-ups, our outdoor concert series Music in the Mountains, and so much more summertime fun to fuel your adventures. The annual favourite, Stevie Smith Memorial BC Cup, draws visitors and athletes here to Vancouver Island from all over.
The BC Seafood Festival found its new home here at Mt. Washington, and throughout June and September, we have a jam-packed calendar of events and activities to keep the whole family entertained throughout the sunny season.
