Come enjoy an evening of West Coast-influenced European alpine cuisine at Raven Lodge. Gather by the fire and indulge in four chef-attended stations, each offering a unique culinary experience. Begin with comforting soups like duck confit with winter vegetables. Savour melted raclette with cured meats, followed by entrées such as roasted lamb with minted chimichurri. End the night on a sweet note with warm dark chocolate fondue and poached pears. An unforgettable dining experience awaits at Raven Lodge!

Or, skip the snow and just enjoy dinner! *Please arrive by 5:30 pm to check in and be fitted for snowshoes, fondue 7-9 pm. ** Skip the snowshoe and head straight to the fondue dinner 5-7 pm

What to Wear
Dress in warm, winter clothing. This includes: base layers, full snow gear or waterproof pants, winter jacket and winter boots. Check the weather before you go!
Ages
All participants should be 6 years of age + and should be able to manage light to brisk pace on the snow. Your kids don't need to be athletic or even outdoorsy to enjoy this activity.
