Quality Guarantee
Conditions not what you hoped? Our Quality Guarantee (QG) lets you bank the rest of your day. How much of your ticket you get back depends on how many runs you’ve taken:

The Fine Print
- QGs must be redeemed during the same season as the original purchase and cannot transfer to the following season.
- You cannot get a QG on an already-QG’d ticket, or for a previous day of skiing.
- You can share your QG with another person of the same ticket category.
- Discounted tickets are ineligible for a Quality Guarantee.
How to Redeem a QG
- After a run, come visit the Ticket Window or Recreation Sales Desk with your RFID card, as well as your purchase receipt. This must be done day of.
- Our Reservation Agent will scan your ticket to check the number of runs skied and the time of original purchase.
- If eligible, you will receive a ticket that can be used any day of the season – go direct to lift on your next visit!

Reloadable RFID Cards
Add a reloadable RFID card along with your lift tickets for $5, pick it up once, and reload it online all season — straight to the lift, no window lineups.
