Season Pass
Season Pass Terms & Conditions
General Acceptance
By purchasing and/or using a season pass, the passholder agrees to abide by all posted rules, policies, and these Terms & Conditions.
- Season Passes remain the property of Mount Washington Alpine Resort and may be revoked for misuse or violation of the Skier Responsibility Code.
- Passes cannot be shared, transferred, or sold. Use by anyone other than the registered passholder will result in immediate cancellation.
- If another person uses your pass, it may be confiscated and you may be subject to a penalty (e.g., $150) and/or permanent suspension of pass privileges. All Pass Products are illegal to resell.
- Identification may be required to verify validity. New passholders must provide proof of age and address, even if part of an existing family account. All age category cut-off dates are as of December 31, 2026.
- Personal information collected online is used for processing passes, related communications, promotional purposes, and emergency contact. Information is for internal use and will not be disclosed except as permitted or required by law.
- Lost, stolen, or missing season pass cards are subject to a $20 reprint fee. The passholder is responsible for reporting lost or stolen cards promptly.
- Season Passes are non-transferable and non-refundable, except as outlined in the Refund Policy below.
Refund Policy
Refund Policy & the Refundable Option
Refunds are only available if the Refundable Option was purchased at the time of sale. The Refundable Option is not applicable to conditions, weather events, limited terrain, reduced operations, or operational interruptions of any kind. If the Refundable Option was not purchased, no refund can be issued under any circumstances.
Refunds are only available in cases of:
- Illness or injury that prevents use of the pass for the duration or remainder of the ski season. Refunds do not apply to interim or temporary injuries or illnesses.
- Employment-related relocation: a mandatory transfer by the passholder’s current employer requiring relocation off Vancouver Island and surrounding islands. Voluntary relocation for work or travel does not qualify.
Current dated supporting documentation is required in all cases. The Refundable Option is not an insurance product — if you require insurance coverage, please contact a licensed insurance broker.
Cost of Enrollment
- $49 – Gold, Alpine, and Midweek Season Passes
- $29 – Nordic Season Pass
The Refundable Option must be purchased at the same time as your Pass Product and cannot be added afterward. If you do not wish to purchase it, you may opt out at the time of purchase.
Eligible Pass Products
Season Pass Products provide unlimited seasonal access and include:
- Gold
- Alpine
- Midweek
- Nordic
The refundable option does not cover interruption, shutdown, or shortening of the season for any reason, including pandemics or extreme weather. All claims are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia; exclusive jurisdiction is in British Columbia courts.
A. Benefits & Eligibility
A portion of the amount paid for a Pass Product will be refunded if the passholder is unable to use all or part of the pass due to a Qualifying Incident. Discounts, vouchers, credits, and the Refundable Option fee are not refundable, and refunded or partially refunded passes will be deactivated.
- The Refundable Option must be purchased for each individual Pass Product.
- Coverage begins immediately upon purchase.
- Coverage ends on the final day of winter operations for the 2026/2027 season.
Pre-Season Incidents
If a Qualifying Incident occurs before the official season start, the full Pass Product price will be refunded (excluding the Refundable Option fee and any credits).
In-Season Incidents — Gold, Alpine, Midweek
Refund Amount = Amount Paid − (Days Used × Usage Fee) − Refundable Option Fee. Usage fees are based on average weekday/weekend day ticket pricing for the 2026/2027 season and age category.
Refundable Option for Nordic Season Passes
Refund amount is pro-rated based on date of submission, minus the Refundable Option fee:
| Submission Date | Refund of Original Pass Purchase |

| Prior to opening | 100% |
| Up to December 31, 2026 | 75% |
| Up to January 31, 2027 | 50% |

| March 1, 2027 onward | No refund |
