Conditions not what you hoped? Day trail passes are covered by our Quality Guarantee — ask at Raven Lodge within 1–2 hours of purchase. How much of your ticket you get back depends on how many runs you’ve taken.

How to Redeem a QG

1. After a run, come visit the Ticket Window or Recreation Sales Desk with your RFID card, as well as your purchase receipt. This must be done day of.
2. Our Reservation Agent will scan your ticket to check the number of runs skied and the time of original purchase.
3. If eligible, you will receive a ticket that can be used any day of the season – go direct to lift on your next visit!

Ineligible Tickets

The following ticket types and promotions are not eligible for a Quality Guarantee:

Important Info About Quality Guarantees

• QG’s must be redeemed during the same season as the original purchase and cannot be transferred to the following season.
• You cannot get a QG on an already QG’d ticket. You cannot request a QG for a previous day of skiing.
• You can share your QG with another person of the same age group if you won’t use it this season.
• QG’s have no dollar value, therefore cannot be refunded.
