Quality Guarantee
Quality Guarantees are available at Guest Service Ticket Windows for Alpine Lift Tickets or Nordic Trail Passes if you are unsatisfied with your experience after 1 run or 30 minutes of use. A Quality Guarantee is not a refund and has no cash value. Regular single day tickets (including Student and Military tickets) and 6IXPAKs qualify. Other discounted tickets are not eligible for Quality Guarantees.
About Quality Guarantees (QG’s)
QG for Full Day Tickets
Full Day Tickets: (Includes 6IXPAK & day/night tickets)
- 1-2 Runs: Full Day QG (1-2 hours from purchase)
- 3-4 Runs: Half Day QG (2-3 hours from purchase)
- 5+ Runs: Ineligible for a QG
QG for Half-Day & Night Tickets
Half Day & Night Tickets:
- 1-2 Runs: Half Day QG (1-2 hours from purchase)
- 3+ Runs: Ineligible for a QG
Discounted Tickets Ineligible for QG
Discounted tickets are ineligible for QG’s, such as:

To Receive a Quality Guarantee
- After a run, come visit the Ticket Window or Recreation Sales Desk with your RFID card, as well as your purchase receipt. This must be done day of.
- Our Reservation Agent will scan your ticket to check the number of ruins skied and the time of original purchase.
- If eligible, you will receive a ticket that can be used any day of the season – go direct to lift on your next visit!
Other Important Info About QG’s
- QG’s must be redeemed during the same season as the original purchase and cannot be transferred to the following season.
- You cannot get a QG on an already QG’d ticket. You cannot request a QG for a previous day of skiing.
- You can share your QG with another person of the same age group if you won’t use it this season.
- QG’s have no dollar value, therefore cannot be refunded.
