Quality Guarantees are available at Guest Service Ticket Windows for Alpine Lift Tickets or Nordic Trail Passes if you are unsatisfied with your experience after 1 run or 30 minutes of use. A Quality Guarantee is not a refund and has no cash value. Regular single day tickets (including Student and Military tickets) and 6IXPAKs qualify. Other discounted tickets are not eligible for Quality Guarantees.

Reload your RFID card online with the days you want to ski! Still need a card for yourself? Easily add one on along with your lift tickets for $5, and pick it up at the new mobile Scan & Go boxes.
