The Dummy Downhill

Participants (single or groups) pour all their creativity into building a dummy to let loose down a steep run and soaring over a jump. The dummies are left to the mercy of gravity, balance, and their structural integrity as they plummet to the ground.

Are you up for the challenge? Start building your masterpiece! Sign up online and bring your dummies to display during the showcase on Saturday, April 12^th. Dummy's must be dropped off at the identified location by the 2 pm cut-off in order to send it.

• Registration opening soon.
  
• Dummies cannot exceed 200lbs or 90kgs. No fireworks or pyrotechnics of any kind are permitted.
• The Mt. Washington team reserves the right to deny dummy entry due to safety concerns - build smart!
• Build your dummies with as few loose pieces and parts as possible. We don't want to litter the environment!
• Bring your dummies to the tent near the fire hydrant outside Alpine Lodge by 2 pm for transport up to the downhill send-off.
• Clean up after your crash-dummy! After their magnificent ride down the hill, it's time to pick up the pieces.
• Judging: Dummies will be judged on a scale of 1-10 in each of the following categories
  • Performance, Creativity, Downhill Path, Effort, and Jump/Landing
• Prizes for Staff and Guests!
