In our retail shops, we carry top-of-the-line alpine and Nordic gear that perfectly pairs with the Island’s mountain conditions. Mountain Gift Cards are available in any dollar amount and can be used for a variety of shopping experiences!

Outdoor Elements

The resort’s retail shop Outdoor Elements, is where visitors can find a range of products related to skiing, snowboarding, and outdoor activities. The shop carries equipment, apparel, accessories, souveniers and more gear from well-known brands such as Burton, Oakley, Helly Hansen, and Rossignol.
The Perfect Gift For Any Occasion!
Gift Cards
Redeemable anywhere on the mountain for merchandise or services. RFID Cards are required for purchase. If purchasing as a gift you can forward your receipt to the recipient or purchase the gift card in their name.
If you already have a Gift Card and would like to add more funds, you will need the 16-digit number on the front of the card.

Outdoor Elements
A large innovative ski shop, Outdoor Elements features outerwear, skis and snowboards from Rossignol. The shop also carries a large selection of lifestyle clothes, outerwear and gear from other popular brands like Burton, Helly Hansen, The North Face, Dakine, Smith, Coal Headwear, and Bula. The Corner Store is a one-stop shop inside Outdoor Elements — ideal when staying here on the mountain! Inside, you will find basic groceries, snacks, a walk-in beer cooler and a great selection of wine and spirits. Plus, all the retail goodies, of course.

Alpine Gear Rentals
The Rossignol Experience Centre rents everything needed for a fun day on the slopes. Full packages including skis/snowboard, boots and poles, are available to rent. Daily as well as seasonal rentals are available. Book your rentals in advance online, before you arrive at the resort. Tip: Save time by picking up your gear ahead of time, after 3pm for the next day at no additional cost. You can also add your lift ticket to your online rental booking!

Here at Mount Washington, we strive to offer fresh, local ingredients for our in-house-made delights. From locally roasted organic coffees, Vancouver Island craft beer, unique burgers to our famous fries, you’ll never leave hungry! Now serving more gluten free, vegetarian and vegan options; dairy-free poutine, anyone? Winter food and beverage locations on the mountain include Ted’s Bar & Grill, Eagle View Bistro, Alpine Cafeteria, The Cantina, Raven Lodge, and take-away mobile order options.

Performance Rentals & Gear Services
The Rossignol Demo Centre carries the latest skis and boards from Rossignol, perfectly suited for all conditions on the mountain. Professional boot fitting and repair services will keep your gear riding smoothly all season, and demo rentals let you try the latest technology before you buy.

Raven Retail expert staff will assist in getting you out on the Nordic trails in style and comfort with top-of-the-line gear from Rossignol and other top brands like Sugoi, Kari Traa, Daehlie, MSR, and more!
