Quality Guarantee
Quality Guarantees are available at Guest Service Ticket Windows for Alpine Lift Tickets or Nordic Trail Passes if you are unsatisfied with your experience after 1 run or 30 minutes of use. A Quality Guarantee is not a refund and has no cash value. Regular single day tickets (including Student and Military tickets) and 6IXPAKs qualify. Other discounted tickets are not eligible for Quality Guarantees.

How to Receive a Quality Guarantee
- After a run, visit the Ticket Window or Recreation Sales Desk with your RFID card and purchase receipt. This must be done the same day.
- Our Reservation Agent will scan your ticket to check the number of runs skied and the time of original purchase.
- If eligible, you will receive a ticket that can be used any day of the season. Go direct to lift on your next visit!
Other Important Info
- QGs must be redeemed during the same season as the original purchase and cannot be transferred to the following season.
- You cannot get a QG on an already QG’d ticket, or request a QG for a previous day of skiing.
- You can share your QG with another person of the same age group if you won’t use it this season.
- QGs have no dollar value and cannot be refunded.
