Mount Washington has grown to be one of Canada's most beloved local resorts for skiing and snowboarding. For the record snowfall, the amazing people, and the unmatched alpine to ocean scenery. With a summit elevation perched above the nearby Salish Sea, the resort offers 1,700 acres of ski terrain with 1,657 feet of vertical rise, and a historical snowfall average of approximately 11 metres (457 inches) of snow each year; one of the highest snow averages of any ski area in North America.
Nordic skiing at Mount Washington offers a fantastic opportunity to explore the winter wonderland surrounding the resort. The trails at Raven Lodge provide a serene and scenic setting for cross-country skiing, and the facilities and services available ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience for Nordic skiers of all levels.
Breathtaking mountain scenery with views of the Salish Sea, nearby neighbouring mountain ranges, alpine wildflowers, native trees, and local wildlife are some of the sights to enjoy on a scenic chairlift ride. Live like a local while exploring the great outdoors of Mount Washington and Strathcona Provincial Park.
