We're celebrating YOU today! Our valued Pass Holders can stop by for a complimentary hot dog, veggie burger, or pulled pork sandwich at our outdoor BBQ. Vancouver Island Brewing will also be here to quench your thirst, with beer and craft vodka beverages for sale on our licensed patio! We're so lucky to have you all as part of our Mount Washington family!
Along with the barbecue, we challenge you all to play your best game of poker - well, best ski around the mountain that is. Five check in stations are scattered across the resort. Follow the Poker Map through each station and collect five cards to make the best poker hand for your chance to win a 2022/2023 Gold Seasons Pass!
Here's the rundown:
1. All Pass Holders are encouraged to participate - it's free! Put on your ski gear and use the map on our events page. Hope you're feeling lucky!
2. Head up the mountain and begin collecting cards! You can go to any station in any order, but you need to hit all 5 at least once! After hitting each station, if you have time to spare you can go back a second time for better odds at the best hand. But don't be late!
3. Head back to the Alpine Lodge base by 12pm to turn in your poker hand. Winners will be announced at the music station outside near the Pass Holder BBQ at 1pm!
Grand prize for first place is a 2022/2023 Gold Seasons Pass! Other prizes to be won for good hands, and the worst poker hands.
Schedule:
9:30am-12pm: View the map down below and begin your poker run! Pick a station to hit first - you must visit all 5 stations in any order to be entered into the contest. This event is only for current Pass Holders.
11am-2pm: Alpine Pass Holder barbecue! Lunch is on us, and Vancouver Island Brewing will be serving beer and other beverages.
1pm-3pm: Awards & photo pick up! Visit the photo wall to view all our participating Pass Holders and take home your polaroid. Winners will be announced at the music station outside near the Pass Holder BBQ!
