- Starting on the 8th day of Covid-19 related closure, the Pass Holder will get a 1% credit towards the purchase of next year’s equivalent season pass, per day beyond the seven day grace period that Pass Holder’s home resort is closed due to Covid-19, up to a maximum of 100% credit.
- Credits are only applicable in the event of Covid-19 related closures and do not apply to any weather-related closures, pass holder injury, health-related absences, or other reason
- Closure credits apply only with respect to Pass Holder’s home resort and not reciprocal mountains (e.g. if a sister U.S. Resorts has a Covid-related closure but the Pass Holder's home resort (Mount Washington) is not affected, these credits do not apply, and vice-versa.)
- Closure credits would apply under the following Covid-19 related circumstances:
- If a government entity requires closure
- If a resort closes of its own accord due to Covid related issues
- If a government entity restricts travel in a way that prevents passage between a Pass Holder’s primary domicile and home resort
- If a government entity issues a mandatory stay-at-home order covering the Pass Holder’s primary residence
- Credits are based on the same type of pass as Pass Holder currently holds and are calculated based on the number of calendar days of closure beyond the seven day grace period (i.e. if the resort is closed for 17 days, the Pass Holder gets credit for 10 days of closure or 10% towards the purchase of next year’s similar pass type; e.g. A Gold Pass Holder would get a 10% credit towards the purchase of next year’s Gold Pass, and a Midweek Pass Holder would get a 10% credit towards next year’s Midweek Pass)

SEASON PASS DEFERRAL OPTION
The Deferral Period is Now Over. For those who purchased a Season Pass for this year or are considering doing so, but are still uncertain about their preferences this winter, please remember there is the option to defer the use of that pass until next season:
- Anyone who buys a Season Pass for the 2020/2021 season can choose to request to defer the use of the pass until the 2021/2022 season.
- The request must be made by sending an email stating the request between October 1st and November 25th, 2020, and the request must include the pass holder name and the number on the pass.
- This is not an offer of a cash refund or any other credit offer and only applies to the one-time deferral of a 2020/2021 season pass in exchange for a 2021/2022 season pass.
- The pass will be moved to the 2021/2022 winter season at no charge, regardless of a season pass price increase.

- If a government health order is issued that restricts passage between the Pass Holder’s primary domicile and the resort

Winter 2020-2021 FAQs
Q. How can I be guaranteed lift access for the day I want to ski?
A) Alpine Tickets are now available to reserve online for the rest of the season and may sell out on holidays and weekends. We will not have full-day tickets to buy here at the resort, and half-days and specialty tickets will only be available at a kiosk if full-days have not already sold out. Reserve your days in advance, online. 6ixPak tickets do not require reservations. This doesn't include pre-arranged tickets such as 2-for-1 Passes from VIB, or non-date specific tickets. Purchase Your Tickets & Learn More ->
Q. I've booked a day to ski, but I couldn't make it, or need to reschedule for a later date:
A. If you need to cancel your reserved lift tickets, please call us or fill out a Contact Form to change to a day later in the season, but a specific visit date is required and ticket price must be brought up to that requested current day's rate if different. This can't be done online. Your patience is appreciated in hearing back from our team.
Q. Buying a New Card and want to Reload for Next Time? Need Tickets for Multiple Days?
A. You need to have your physical RFID card in-hand to reload tickets. Reserve your day on a new card, and pick up the card the morning you've planned to ski. If buying tickets for multiple days, reserve for one-day first and pick up your new card first. Then once you have the card, go ahead and reload more days online.
Q. Does my lesson or rental include a lift ticket?
A. No, you need to purchase your Alpine Lift Ticket separately from lessons and rentals.
Q. How can I buy tickets for Night Skiing?
A. Reload or purchase a new card online. Night Ski tickets will also be available at the kiosk, but it is encouraged to buy in advance before you arrive.
Q. What about discounted tickets such as Student, Military, Buddy Passes, etc.?
A. Discounted tickets are only available in-person at a ticket kiosk if full-day tickets have not yet sold out online. We appreciate your understanding.
Q. What is needed for Tots 6 & under?
A. Tots ski free, but please ensure you have tickets arranged for yourself before you arrive on busy weekends and holidays. Visit a ticket kiosk to get your Tots free ticket/waiver.
