The Bear's Den Daycare is a supervised indoor playtime for Tots aged 18 months to 5 years old. Our daycare staff create a fun and safe environment for your tots with games, toys and crafts, in our licensed facility.

Parents or guardians must present the following, as required for our Childcare License, which is issued by the Vancouver Island Health Authority:

• Proof of medical coverage (MSP number or Travel insurance documents)
• Immunization history
• Emergency contact number
• A recent photo of your child for our records.
• Doctors name and telephone number

Full day program includes options such as lunch, beverages, and snacks. Half-day programs include snacks and beverages. Please register your child for daycare prior to your vacation to ensure availability.

The Bear’s Den Daycare is open daily from 8:30 am to 3:30 pm and is located on the Mountain Kids Floor of the Rossignol Experience Centre.

*Please note:

Children are only allowed to be in care for a maximum of 4 days per calendar month as per our Occasional Child Care License.

Lesson Cancellation Policy

• All lessons must be paid in full at the time of booking.
• Lessons can be cancelled or rescheduled more than 48 hours in advance. Please call the Snow School at 250-338-1386 ext. 384 or email cancellations@mountwashington.ca.
• There are no refunds or changes allowed within 48 hours of the lesson time unless due to medical issue or illness.
• No refunds will be issued due to weather conditions.
• Guests who are late for their lesson will not be able to join. We will do our best to rebook for later that day.
