January Women's Week presented by Helly Hansen

Enjoy our Women’s Week Packages featuring customized lessons, lunches and private aprés experiences all week long! A program taught and designed especially for women, participants of similar abilities are grouped into small classes to meet new friends and re-visit old ones as you improve your skiing and riding technique. Women’s Programs are available for all ability levels. Day care services are available at the discounted staff rate.

The list of aprés experiences for January Women's Week are as follows:

• Monday, January 27: Wine Tasting presented Coastal Black Estate Winery

Coastal Black Estate Winery is bringing their signature wines for a tasting session and discussion of their unique fruit winery located in Black Creek.

• Tuesday, January 28: Yoga with Jayleen Turner

An all-abilities yoga (or snowga) session customized for calming your muscles and centering your breathing after a great day on the slopes.

• Wednesday, January 29: Women's Health & Nutrition session with Matt O'Meara

Learn about optimizing your health and lifestyle goals through basic primal concepts and discuss insights into Women's nutrition.

• Thursday, January 30: Intro to Aromatherapy with Deanna Papineau

An introductory session about essential oils and how they assist grounding, balancing and being in the moment. Everyone is invited make a blend as part of this experience.

• Friday, January 31: Ukulele Lesson for All Abilities with Ruth Rae

Learn to play the greatest instrument that is taking the world by storm - the mightly little ukulele. Experience just how much fun playing and singing can be with this accessible and social instrument. 
**Bring your own Ukulele if possible. A limited amount of Uke's will be available for first-timers!

The Women’s Week Escape Packages include an all-day lift ticket, a women’s only lesson from 10 am to noon, a delicious lunch from our food and beverage staff and unique aprés experience. In the shopping cart, the option is available to add on a 1pm afternoon lesson to continue your progression. Your gourmet lunch includes a complimentary beverage from our friends at Merridale Cider and amazing prize pack giveaways including Helly Hansen Odin and Lifaloft Insulator jackets!
