Unfold your wings and get ready to fly on Mt. Washington’s “Eagle’s Flight” ZipTour®! This dual-line, four-span zip line tour offers guests an adrenaline-filled and gorgeously scenic adventure down the terrain of the Mt. Washington Alpine Resort. The total tour length is 1.44-mile-long with a vertical drop of 1,364 feet!

Once customer’s have completed their ZipTour® orientation and have practiced riding on the Demo Zip, the experience continues with a scenic ride up the Eagle chairlift. The first span of the ZipTour®, ‘The Abyss’, launches from the Top of the World area at an elevation of 5,200 feet, and descends 302 vertical feet to the Little Washington peak and top of the Boomerang lift. Riders soar 275 ft above the forested valley below, surrounded by scenic views of the Strait of Georgia, Comox Valley, the Coast Mountains, and nearby Strathcona Provincial Park.

The second span of the ZipTour®, the ‘Cascade’ zip, takes riders from Little Washington peak across the West Basin to land near the top of the Hawk Chairlift. This zip line travels 1,653 feet and drops an additional 226 feet in elevation.

The third span, the ‘Holy Hawk’ zip, is the steepest and most exciting span of the Mt. Washington ZipTour®. The forested terrain below is alive with mountain bikers riding the various flow trails. This zip line travels 1,643 feet and drops an additional 407 feet in elevation.

The fourth span, the ‘Runway’ zip is the longest zip line of the Mt. Washington ZipTour®. This exciting zip line travels 2,372 feet and descends 433 vertical feet to land of top of the Bradley building in the base area. Spectators in the Eagle View BBQ courtyard can watch riders fly past on their final descent.
