Come and relax with Jolie of Om Oasis as she leads Guided Somatics with soothing sound therapy. Sessions are every Wednesday 6pm to 7:15pm until August 17th Located at Raven Lodge on Mount Washington. It is encouraged to bring a yoga mat, your favourite yoga props, pillow(s), a blanket, and to wear comfortable clothing. All levels are welcome.
