Program Overview

Learn to Ride is an introductory group lesson package tailored to first-time downhill mountain bike riders looking to get a taste of the Bike Park. If you’re comfortable riding a bike on pavement, we’ll have you loving our easy cruising trails and learning areas in no time!

What You'll Learn

  • Introduction to Position & Balance skills through "Climbing", "Neutral" and "Ready" positions as well as how to achieve good range of movement.
  • Proper braking techniques using both brakes.
  • Effective trail scanning for smooth, efficient riding.

  • Washington Skills Park
  • Greenline trail
  • Panda Garden
