Time to dust off the old school retro gear. So dig in that closet and find those one-pieces, tight ski pants, jeans and, let’s not forget the flair. Once you find your perfect retro outfit, gather together the straight skis from your basement, neighbours garage or fence and get up to the Mountain!! Great prizes to be won for the best getup, fastest time and best old school ski instructor and ski bunny imitations! No Old School gear? No worries, we have a category for the new schoolers as well.

Bounce over to Fat Teddy's for the bombdigity costume after party. The Kokanee Old School Retro Party will get ya rockin with fly jams and hip prizes for the bossest costume and choicest hair.

Oldschool gear – straight skis, awesome retro outfit
Men 19-30, 31-50, and 51+
Women 19-30, 31-50, and 51+
Newschoolers – twin tips, no real costume
Men 19-30, 31-50, and 51+
Women 19-30, 31-50, and 51+

Maximum of 45 participants
This is a FREE event (no registration fee) but a $5 bib deposit is required.

Schedule :
9am – 10am registration on the Marmot Floor
11am race start on Whiskey Jack face
3:30pm awards

There will be prizes for the fastest runs in each category, plus best male and female outfits.
