Mile High Chairlift Rides

Enjoy the scenic ride on the Eagle chairlift to the summit of Mount Washington (1588 m elevation) and take in the spectacular surroundings.

The panoramic view from the top includes Strathcona Provincial Park, the Comox Glacier, Mt. Arrowsmith, the Strait of Georgia and even Mt. Baker on a clear day. Once at the summit, interpretive signs identify the unique flora and fauna found in our mile high alpine as well as the more distinct landmarks you are able to view along the self guided tour on the easy bark mulch trails. You then have the opportunity to take the breathtaking chairlift ride back down or choose to hike a more rugged downhill trail to the base.

Be amazed with a scenic mile-high chairlift ride and stay for a lovely lunch or delicious dinner. Ticket includes chairlift ride, lunch, gratuity, and a spectacular view of the Strathcona Park.
