The Human Resources Website
The HR Website exists as a tool to better link the career and job opportunities at Mount Washington with the job seekers and applicants looking for work, and the information on how to best apply for these positions. This website is maintained by our Human Resources committee with assistance of the Marketing team. All job descriptions and advertising are added to the site by the individual department when they have openings in their department.
Human Resources Committee
The Mount Washington Human Resources Committee is a group of managers, supervisors, and lead hands within the staff of Mount Washington. As a group, we coordinate the resorts recruitment, training and retention of staff, as well as staff functions, prizing, newsletter, uniforms and benefits. Our first goal is to best match the applicants and the positions they are looking for with the positions we have the the staffing and skill needs of our departments.

If you are hosting a community event or teach a class or lead a group that might benefit from having a member of our HR committee speak and answer questions about working at Mount Washington or careers in the Ski Resort industry, we can come to you.
