Lift Tickets

Did you know...

  • You can conveniently purchase your tickets off-site and then proceed straight to the lift when you arrive. Click here to view our Off-Site Locations.
  • If you park at the Sunrise parking lot, you can receive a complimentary first ride up so you can ski down to purchase your ticket at the Guest Services Kiosk located at the Alpine Lodge.

Parking

Did you know...

  • that you can try the expanded Sunrise parking lot for additional parking spaces and easy lift access. You can get your day ticket at the Sunrise Ticket Kiosk or if the kiosk is closed, get a complimentary first ride up the Sunrise lift to access the Guest Services ticket kiosk at the main Alpine lodge. This is very convenient if you don't require rental equipment.
  • it's easy to get back down to the Sunrise parking lot after enjoying an apres at the Alpine Lodge and the lifts have closed. Simply walk across the road and ski down the trail called Daybreak and you're there.
  • Mount Washington encourages carpooling. Not only is it convenient and easier on your pocket book but it is great for the environment too

Rentals

Did you know...

  • you can pick up your gear Friday night before closing for weekend rentals.
  • that while in the chunnel you can fill out the form for the rental of your equipment (lessons are then booked at the Snow School desk).
  • Mtn Tek offers high end demo rentals. This is a great way to try a variety of the newest products on the market.

Snow School

Did you know...

  • you can pre-register your child 24 hours in advance in Mountain Kids by calling 1-888-231-1499 (or locally 338-1386) to save some time when you arrive at the mountain.
  • our Day Care facility is licensed for 18 months to 5 years. Our Mountain Kids programs are for children up to age 12.
  • to expect variable weather conditions and bringing a jacket, snow pants, toque, gloves and goggles.
  • to show up at least one hour prior to your intended lesson time. All lessons and rentals are found in the Bradley Building, which can be reached by the chunnel connecting the two buildings. If your children are 12 and under please proceed downstairs once you have reached the Bradley building to book your child's lesson in Mountain Kids.

Food & Beverage Services

Did you know...

  • we have many convenient locations to have a quick snack, enjoy a full meal or enjoy some beverages with friends. Click here for a list of our dining facilities.
  • break for lunch before 12 noon or after 1pm to avoid line ups.
  • we recommend reservations for dining. Please refer to the dining page for the reservation procedures for the different dining locations.
  • Raven Lodge evening dining is one of our best kept secrets. Thurs-Sat. during winter season only.

Lost & Found

Did you know...

  • we have a convenient online Lost and Found form that you can fill out if you have left the mountain and have either lost or found an item.
  • the Lost and Found office is located on the Marmot's Floor of the Alpine Lodge, across from Season Passes and is open daily from 11:00am - 1pm and 2:30pm - 4:30pm. Smaller, "non-valuable" items, such as gloves, touques, etc. are located in a box near the door.
