Private Listings page is one of our highest ranking and viewed page on our web site after the
Weather Reports, Index (main page) and Web Cam pages.

page offers your potential guests a user friendly search engine which allows them to search by number of
people your unit accommodates, the number of bedrooms available, etc. As a Property Owner, we offer a secure Administration area for you to change the information for your listing online, at any time,
and as often as you like. The upgrades made this year, offer even more flexibility to how your present your Property, making the whole experience more user friendly for both the Viewer and the Property owner.

Premier Listings are the perfect way to gain more exposure (and rentals) for your Property. The Premier Listings are featured with one photo on the default landing page for the Private Accommodation Rentals area, just below the search area. These are the listings that the Viewer sees first. Remember, this is the fourth most visited page on our website! We profile six properties only and it's first come, first served. The Premier Listing price INCLUDES the Enhanced Listing. The Premier List is randomly sorted upon each page refresh giving every listing equal exposure at the top of the list. These listings then link to the Enhanced Listing detail page where the Viewer can learn more and make enquiries. Listing duration is Oct. 1/2011 to Sept. 30/2012

Listing duration is Apr. 1/2012 to April. 1/2013.

Some restrictions apply to your listing. Please review our Listing Policies and Private Rental Accommodation Agreement 2012/13 below.
- All fees paid are NON-REFUNDABLE and subject to HST (12%). A receipt will be provided upon request.
- Please ensure that we have your Mount Washington Street Address/Lot Id and your mailing address on file for Websales Administration (not displayed to the public).
- In all correspondence, it is VERY IMPORTANT to include your Unit ID or the name of your Property as it appears on our website. All requests for access information, for security reasons, will be sent to the email address we have in our database. It is your responsibility to keep your email address current by logging into the Administration Area.
- Premier Listings are on a "first come, first served" basis and limited to 6 listings total.
- Only ONE unit per listing. If you have multiple units, you will need multiple listings. If you have a chalet, for example, where you rent the upper and lower levels separate, this is allowed, however, it MUST BE THE SAME ADDRESS.
- If you are a Rental Agency, you may only detail ONE UNIT per listing. We do not allow advertisements for all the units you represent within the one listing. No exceptions.
- No Agency websites or "blanket promotion" websites permitted. It must be a link to information on the specific rental property listed in our listing here. No exceptions.
- The list sort is generated dynamically to give every listing in the general list equal opportunity to be at the top of the list. The sort is generated upon every refresh of the page. There is no preference given in the general list whether Basic or Enhanced. If you wish to have more prominence for your property, please enquire about the Premier Listing option.
- Do not use any HTML code in your descriptions. It will be removed.
- Do not hotlink (use our bandwidth) for images, maps, files or Virtual Tours, etc. If you wish to use these items on your own website, please download these items and host them off your own server, leaving all our copyright notices intact. Mount Washington banners are available for return links. They are not required but appreciated.
- Please provide the highest resolution possible for images WITHOUT GRAPHICS OR TREATMENTS applied to them. We will edit them once we receive them so they are consistent with our design and layout. Email them to email@example.com along with your unit name.
- If the photos you provide are digital, we will add them at setup, and it is included in your listing fee. If you request changes mid-listing, a small Administration Fee may apply. For non-digital photos that need to be scanned, there is a $5 fee per photo.
- If you require the Websales Team to add your listing information for you, there is a $15 Administraton fee. The information will need to be provided to us by email, fax or mail (Attention: Websales).
- Do not be repetitive in your descriptions. Say it once, your characters are limited. If you notice that we seem to be missing an ammenity or layout feature, etc. please notify us, we will add it as an option and then you may use your descriptions for telling the Viewers how wonderful your Property is rather than listing the basic features.
- There is NO OVERNIGHT PARKING in Mount Washington Parking Lots. Please make this clear to your Renters so that they are not inconvenienced. We do not offer "Parking Passes". Contact Georgia Straight Towing at

- We do not handle complaints or mediate in rental situations, we provide a listing service only, independent of any Rental Agency service.
- Listings will not be posted without full payment in advance. Cheques and Money Orders must clear at the bank prior to the listing activation. There is a $25 Surcharge for all items NSF.
- We reserve the right to edit or remove information that does not comply with our policies, without notice. We monitor all updates.
- The Private Rental Accommodation Agreement must be signed and returned to us within 30 days of your listing start date, or we reserve the right to suspend your listing. The Agreement may be accepted In-Person, Mail or Fax (250-338-5493). Thank you.
